Annual Residency Verification 2020

LGSUHSD is committed to ensuring that all available resources are spent efficiently and effectively to provide the highest quality educational experience possible. To meet this objective, it is critical that we have a full and precise accounting of our resident student population. As such, beginning for the 2020-2021 school year, LGSUHSD will be implementing an Annual Residency Verification process.  

This process will require ALL families to provide documentation every year to verify they live within District boundaries. We are doing this to ensure that all enrolled students live in the district.  

On February 14, 2020, families received an email with needed information to create an account and upload approved residency documentation, listed here.  This email will ONLY be sent to the first contact listed in Aeries. 
The deadline to complete residency verification has been extended, due to the current campus closures. But must still be completed to ensure that your student can fully engage in the course selection and placement process.  Failure to do so could result in access to some courses being delayed and, possibly, denied should those courses become fully enrolled.  

Steps to complete Residency Verification:

  • STEP 1: You (Contact designated first in Aeries) will receive an email from us via SchoolMint with login information specific to your child(ren). 
  • STEP 2: Gather and scan the requested residency documents listed here.
  • STEP 3: Log in to SchoolMint and complete the Residency Upload form. (documents may be uploaded from a mobile device or computer)
