To Request a Transcript

Web Store:

You may order online and pay using a credit card through the LGHS Web StoreThe Web Store fulfills transcripts for distribution via email or school pick-up only.  After you get to the LGHS Web Store, click on the Transcript Request icon.
Transcripts are unavailable for pick up due to school closure. Additionally, transcripts prior to 2006 are unavailable until school reopens.

USPS (Mail):

You may order via mail and pay with cash or check by completing the Transcript Request Form.
Mail orders are not available at this time due to school closure.

Once you have filled out the request form, please mail it to Terri Dewing at the address below, and include cash or a check in the amount owed (depending on the number of transcripts requested), as well as a self-addressed stamped envelope(s) of where you want the transcript(s) to be sent. If you would like an unofficial unsigned copy you can email the request to You may also come into the Guidance office in person to request a copy.
