Schedule Change Requests

Schedule Change Request Process for 2021-2022
Use the Schedule/Course Change Request Form to submit a request for a course change for this school year. Please note that changes can only be requested using this form. This is a REQUEST only and changes cannot be guaranteed. Changes can only be accommodated if there is space available in the requested class, and there are no conflicts with your other classes. Students should be prepared for their entire schedule and/or teachers to change to accommodate the requested change.
Below is the timeline/process for schedule changes:
8/5-8/10: Students can request schedule changes for scheduling errors, class drops, level changes or elective changes using the Schedule/Course Change Request form. Schedule change requests can be submitted through the end of day, Tuesday 8/10/21. If the change is possible, you will be notified of the change on Weds, 8/11/21.
8/12-8/13: For the first two days of school only scheduling errors and class drops will be accommodated using the Schedule/Course Change Request form.

8/15-8/26: Students can request schedule changes for scheduling errors, class drops, level changes or elective changes using the Schedule/Course Change Request form. Changes will be made, if possible, on or before 8/27.
8/26: The last day to request an elective change.
8/30-9/24: From Monday 8/30 through the end of the 1st grading period, 9/24, only class drops can be accommodated.
9/24 (end of 1st grading period): Students can petition to move to a lower level course. Please see your school counselor to discuss this change.
